The weak points of these years Vipers has been addressed: upgraded (99+ Viper) cooling fan module, bigger radiator (leaky OEM radiator), Stoptech performance big brakes with Ebrake (the OEM brakes were not the greatest), 18″ BBS LM wheels with new Continental Extreme Contact tires (zero miles on these) and a K&N air filter system are the enhancements done over the years to this Viper.
